Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

RETURNS

Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.

You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@wgcoffee.com. We will offer a return address for you to send the items back.

Any address on the parcel is not approved return address, and we don't accept the returned package without authorized return address from customer service representative.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

REFUNDS

A refund will be issued within 3 business days of receiving your returned order.

EXCHANGES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
